Asset IQ Financial has partnered with Brad Dettmer, a seasoned veteran in the Resort, IT, Travel and hospitality industry. As a Chief Information Officer, Dettmer has worked for some of the largest hotel, timeshare, and rental companies throughout the world, such as Ramada, Day’s Inn, Wyndham, Century 21, Avis, and Budget. With the addition of Mr./ Dettmer Asset IQ can expand their receivership and appointment portfolio.

Mr. Dettmer has successfully implemented projects in excess of $100M from back office, to central reservation, to cloud, to full outsourcing. He has also led teams of IT specialists from around the world to help with countless acquisitions/sales and integration activities in both the hospitality and IT space. His leadership will assist our clients with hotel, resort and IT assets that require both management and disposition services in the months ahead.
