Asset Realty Auctions Inc., a full service commercial and residential real estate and property management firm. With offices located in Cincinnati Ohio the professional staff at Asset Realty offers years of experience in the real estate industry. We concentrate on Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana properties and are recognized as the firm of choice for court-ordered liquidations and sale of real estate assets in the Ohio market.

The company was founded in 1958. After Garth Semple graduated from the Reppert School of Auctioneering, quit his job with The American Tobacco Company, and then started his auction company. He was later elected to the Ohio Auctioneers Hall of Fame in 2005.

In 1992 Brent Semple took the helm of the family business. Brent entered the auction industry in 1962 with his father C. Garth Semple, founder of the company. Brent attended Kent State University and Wilmington College majoring in Psychology. Brent has served as director of the Ohio Auctioneers Association. Brent earned the CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) designation in 1990. Brent has served as a seminar instructor for the National Auctioneers Association, the Ohio Auctioneers Association and the Auction Marketing Institute.

2015 Asset Intelligence Group acquires Semple & Associates and changes the name to Semple International where it continued to grow into a more diverse auction firm under Brent Semple’s leadership.

2017 Semple International becomes Asset Realty Auctions and goes through another make over in the portfolio of financial services companies owned by Asset Intelligence Group based in Cincinnati Ohio. Mark Euton takes the leadership role in the organization along with Mike Goldstein as EVP of Operations for the holding company which takes us to today.
