These properties will first be offered on a sealed bid basis with all sealed bids due by 4:00 P.M. EDT on Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at the office of Sperry Van Ness, 1601 Business Center Court, Louisville, KY 40299 (Attention: Don Erler). All parties submitting a sealed bid will be considered “qualified bidders”. Once properly submitted, all sealed bids are irrevocable for a seven day period (until March 30, 2010).

On Friday March 26 @ 12:30PM a live auction will be conducted on all properties that received more than one qualified bid at 6640 Poe Avenue, Dayton, Ohio 45414, with only “qualified bidders” permitted to participate. The live auction will be conducted in “multi-par” format where prospective buyers may bid on individual properties, combinations of properties or the entire portfolio.
