This property is contiguous to the Parkside Shopping Center Development (Parkside), behind 2 well known restaurants, with ample visibility from I-64. Parkside also contains a condominium complex to the west of the Retail Center. According to the Franklin County PVA, the total property contains 3.87 acres known as tracts 1, 2, & 3. Property has water, sewer, natural gas, & cable availability. It is zoned CG – General Commercial District which allows for a wide variety of commercial uses including, but not limited to retail, offices, and services uses.
The topography rises from grade level with Old Versailles Rd to a level of approximately 15’ on average above the Parkside Development.
