Purchaser MUST be at least 21 years of age to register & purchase. State law prohibits purchasing for resale. Consumption use only. 6.5% Ohio State sales tax applicable on all purchases. All Purchasers MUST have receipt and valid drivers license showing photo and age to remove.

Registration must be made by using MasterCard or Visa, only. However, according to Ohio State law, credit cards cannot be used for payment on spirituous beverages. Therefore, purchasers will receive an invoice and must bring it and a cashiers check or cash for the amount of the purchases to the removal, where the invoice will be marked paid. Bidders acknowledge and agree not to retract any previously submitted purchase offer.
