School is closing and demolition will follow

The Mt Healthy Senior High School is over 150,000 sq ft. Everything Can Be Removed with the exception of Lights or Electric Panels that Power the Lights. Lights and Electrical Panels can be removed on Sunday the 30th from 8AM to 5PM. EST (No Shipping Available)

ATTENTION BUYERS: Buyer is RESPONSIBLE for bringing any Manpower, Ladders or Tools including but not limited to Cranes, Ladders, Lifts, Forklifts, Etc…. Auction Co. or the School is not Responsible for Removal.

This building does contain asbestos. We have identified the items or components that contain asbestos. Mt Healthy Schools will remove the Pumps and Motors located in the Boiler Rooms to avoid Asbestos issues. Additionally there are some items that need to be removed from asbestos wrapped pipes. (These items are in the Boiler Room) Mt Healthy Schools will either provide a mark on the pipes for you to cut the item from the piping, or Mt Healthy will make the cut themselves if they feel it is necessary to do so.

Buyer can claim only what he or she wants according to their winning bids. Any unclaimed items will be part of the Demolition.
