This license is currently in Safekeeping with the State of Ohio and owner has determined he will no longer need it. The license will be sold to the highest bidder and is good anywhere in the Cincinnati Taxing Area. Seller guarantees the permit is free and clear of all liens and applicable Federal, State, and local taxes, and is in good standing with the Ohio Department of Liquor Control. Seller will indemnify and hold Buyer harmless from any and all claims, demands and actions of third parties relative to the above mentioned asset and permits.

Note: The license must be paid in full immediately at the auction conclusion. Your credit card used in registration will be charged unless you contact Cindy at 513.724.1133 and arrange for a wire transfer immediately after being declared the high bidder. Should you not be able to transfer the license due to not meeting the State of Ohio qualifications, no refund will be given. Seller and Buyer recognize that time is of the essence and agree to promptly execute and deliver any and all documents reasonably necessary to accomplish issuance and transfer of the permits.
