    The City of Cincinnati has determined the properties of Walnut Woods development are surplus city owned properties and are no longer needed for any municipal purpose. The City has commissioned Semple and Associates to sell these properties individually to the highest bidder(s). Each property is zoned RM-0.7, Multi-family.
