Land is currently leased to Amerigas, Inc. as a storage facility for propane tanks. The initial term of the lease expires on September 30, 2006. Amerigas shall have the right to extend the term of the lease for two (2) additional five (5) year periods beginning October 1, 2006 and ending on September 30, 2016. CURRENT MONTHLY PAYMENT IS $1091.00. A 1.5% increase takes effect on October 1, 2004.

The 1.5% increase per year attaches to any renewal of the lease.

A copy of the lease agreement shall be included in the Property Specific Package (“PSP”).
