There is also a basement for storage of linens, supplies, tools, etc. under part of the motel.

The lounge/bar is approximately1140sf and is of brick and block construction. A D5/D6 (2:30PM operation and Sunday sales) liquor license transfer privilege is included. The building contains the lounge area, “C” style bar with seating, sm. food preparation area, 2 restrooms, office, and built in walk-in cooler. There is also a rear patio overlooking a fenced game area. The lounge will come complete with all furniture/fixtures, except those that belong to vendors such as the pool table and video games. The latest upgrades/updates include new carpet in the lounge, new roof in 2009, new water heaters in 2008/2010, and furnace in 2013. The property is serviced by water and natural gas.
