Auction consists of all drapery and upholstery fabric and production equipment including:
Over 6000 Sq Ft and 40,000 yards of vintage designer drapery and upholstery fabric including highly sought after colors, patterns and textures from the 1960s, 1970s, 1980s; and 1990s. These vintage and collectable fabrics have been used in countless local theatrical productions as well as Hollywood movies including Eight Men Out, Little Man Tate, Rain Man, Seabiscuit, Carole, The Blunderer and many more. Also available are modern day bolts of fabric including the latest styles. Manufacturing equipment includes Singer sewing machines, patented drapery sizing machine (designed and patented by Paul Sumner) by Precise, button-holer, pleating machine, bar tacker, sewing machines, various drapery making machines, tables and equipment and much more.
All store fixtures including:
Retail shelving/Pallet racking, counters, antique Carousel Horses, displays, miscellaneous office equipment including desks and chairs, warehouse carts, antique Toledo scale, & other items too numerous to mention. Note: This is just a small sampling of a very large auction. Please watch our website for periodic updates. There will be something for every seamstress – commercial & home. Please come and inspect on October 31 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

ASSET INSPECTION: October 31 (9AM – 3PM)
REMOVAL: November 7 – 9 (9:00AM – 3PM) each day for all purchases except store shelving. Removal of store shelving and wheeled carts only will be on November 10 and 11 (9:00 AM – 3PM) each day.
AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: Bolts of fabric located on 4th floor, (consists of lots 1-360) will be offered as an entirety package and as individual lots. All items will sell whichever way produces the highest return for ownership. Although you may show as the high bidder on the entirety, you could be outbid by the cumulative total of single lot bids, or vice versa. Pictures for these lots only show a small portion of what fabric is included in lot.
