The yearly rent amount increases by 1% every succeeding year. A $500 per month rebate by Landlord to Tenant on any month that the Tenant sells less than 200,000 gallons of automotive fuel is part of the lease package. The Sublease. A sublease is also in place for the Subway sandwich shop, payable to the Business Owner, and in effect through May 9, 2011. The sublease is executed by Subway Real Estate Corporation with current annual payment of $17,552 with a 2% yearly increase. Documents also available in the PIP.
