The original development plan for Eagle’s View Professional Park consisted of 33 total units on approximately 8 acres of land. 17 units have been sold. Every building is brick and contains only two double level units. Each unit, unless noted as a double unit, contains 2,700sf with 1,350sf on the main level and 1,350sf on the lower level. A double unit will contain 5,400sf on two levels and the two level Conference Center contains approximately 10,000sf. The entire development was constructed from 1988-1991.
