Phase II – Vacant Land

Infinity Bidding system.
These 24 lots and the 56 contiguous acres will be offered under the Multi-Parcel Infinity Bidding System. This auction method is comprised of two rounds of bidding. In the first round, the lots/tract are each offered individually. In the second round, bidders may bid on any lot or combination of lots. Individuals desiring just one lot will always have the opportunity to increase the bid for the lot of their choice. This format allows the bidders to bid on any single lot, the acreage, or any combination of lots and/or acreage.
